ABOUT THE EVENT
A 2 Day arrowed Fun Trail Ride which will have
something for everybody. The main ride day is Saturday with a cut-off
time (to be confirmed) which will allow you to complete 2 laps.
Sunday is optional and you will complete 1 lap. The track will be open from 9am
on Saturday and 8:30am on Sunday. There will be some sections with easy and hard splits. Hard Sections are for
those riders looking to test themselves with some technical challenging
terrain. The beginning of these sections are clearly marked and will
join after a few Km's. If you’re riding with mates you can split up and
then get back together at the end of the split section. We are
limited to 100 riders only, so get in early!
Your bike must have a registration plate displayed or
you will not be allowed to start!!
This is a required forestry rule!
WEEKENDS SCHEDULE
The weekend schedule will be published in final instructions.
Accommodation -
Camping
Camping must be booked with your
registration. This will be for the property land owner
who has provided toilets and cut the grass. If you are camping, please make sure that this is selected and paid for with your
Registration or there will be an extra charge for on day as we will not
have change.
Groups
Groups are made up of 20 riders maximum
and will be set off at 5 minute intervals with a lead and sweep rider
for each group. Group 1 will start first with group 5 leaving last, you
choose your group when registering, so please make sure that you
register for the correct group. Groups will be filled based on first in, best dressed.
Once the group is full, you will be moved to the available spot in the
next group. If you want to ride in the same group as your mates, make
sure you all register for the same team or you may be placed in a different
group and you or them must wait on the side of the track.
The Tracks
Tracks will be between 50 and 80Km. On Saturday, you can
ride as many laps as you can fit within the cut-off time. There will be a cut-off time for riders to start
the lap. On Sunday there will only be 1 lap.

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BRING?

Current
Motorcycle Licence

Registered off Road Motorcycle - your bike must
have the registration plate on it to ride!

It is recommended that you carry spare tubes,
pump and tyre levers

Bum bag complete with tools and spark
plug

Riding Gear (see below)

All your camping gear. We will be camping out for
this weekend and there are toilets but no showers, so bring everything
to keep yourselves comfortable.

Water and food for the weekend

Petrol
WHILE RIDING, YOU NEED TO WEAR THE
FOLLOWING
- Helmet and goggles
- Jersey, pants, Boots and gloves
- Armour and knee braces or guards
- Neck brace (optional, but recommended)
- Camel back with water and tool bag
MEDICAL INSURANCE/AMBULANCE
COVER & Terms\Conditions
It is a
condition of this event that all riders are, at a minimum, covered by
Ambulance Insurance. If you are injured,
Ambulance Helicopters may be
the only exit out of the area. It is essential that you consider some
form of personal accident insurance. Make sure your policy covers you on
a motorcycle riding on public roads whilst on this event.

REGISTRATION

accepted after the closing date or on the weekend of the fun trail ride

Registrations are limited to 100 riders,
once this fills up with paid registration, you will be placed onto
the Waiting List and if there is a cancellation, you will be
notified of this. If you don't get in, you will be refunded
